These handles are for with tangs of the size used for Uchi-hamono (forged ) for Nakiri and Santoku .
In factories, the tang is heated and inserted. If you are doing this yourself, please secure it with epoxy adhesive.
If there is any looseness, shave chopsticks or toothpicks to use as a shim and fill with adhesive.
