Adhesion issues with PETG on my Ender 3 on PEI bed. Tried different bed  temperatures, different printing temperatures but I keep getting this.  Cooling fan is on 50% after the first layer.

Dang it, this is not going great. Go my ender 3 pro about a month ago,  worked smashing for two and a half weeks. Started to have some adhesion  issues, layers not
